New Covenant Teaching Part 1A: Jesus has Ascended: The Teacher has Come!

Part 1A of the New Covenant Teaching (NCT) series lays the groundwork for the entire study. This section introduces the central theme of the New Covenant: life in Christ through the Holy Spirit, not by human wisdom or effort. Students are guided to see how the Church began by the Spirit of God (Galatians 3:1–4) and how easily believers drift into self-dependence. Through carefully structured study components, Part 1A helps participants:

• Encounter the Spirit through God’s Word directly with guided Scripture engagement.
• Recognize the contrast between Spirit-dependence versus reliance on your human wisdom and self-effort.
• Practice Spirit-led reflection through prompts and activities that move beyond head knowledge into lived obedience by the Holy Spirit.
• Engage communally by sharing insights and gratitude for the Spirit’s work in both personal and corporate life.
