The Gospel of the Grace of Jesus Christ
Hello there! I want to share with you the gospel of the grace of Jesus Christ. Why do you need the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s Son? You and everyone else (me included at one time) may not want to believe this, but God’s wrath and vengeance are ready to be poured out on you! May God have mercy and compassion on you and all who come to believe they are separated from Him!
You see, we all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). If you have ever felt guilty, the Holy Spirit has been convicting you of sin. The Holy Spirit wants us to know that our sins can eternally separate us from God, and there is nothing we can do to compensate God for our sins or as some say, bridge that gap. But God loves us so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to pay off our sin debt we owed God (John 3:16).
The good news is that through Jesus of Nazareth’s perfectly blameless life on earth, death, burial,, and resurrection, you can be saved from your sins and be reconciled with God.
Through faith in Jesus Christ, we can receive salvation as a free gift of grace (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace means God’s will work to save you. This means that our salvation is not based on our own merits or works but on Jesus Christ’s finished work on the cross, paradoxically God’s Son.
When we repent of our sins to God and put our trust in Jesus, we are not only saved from eternal separation from God, but we are also given eternal life (John 17:3) and a restored relationship with God (Romans 5:10). Your eternal relationship is real because the Spirit of Life caused you to be born again and He will never leave or forsake you! The Holy Spirit will work in and through you so you and other can experience His love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control! In other words, you will become a mature adult in Christ as you submit to the Spirit of grace.
So, if you have not yet put your faith in Jesus Christ, I encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins to Him, ask for forgiveness, and believe He died for you and rose again. You can be assured of your salvation and have a new life in Christ.
