We hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else you’d like me to explain.
- We believe in one God, who exists in three co-equal Persons in a loving hierarchy: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God the Father is the ultimate ruler, so the Son and Holy Spirit lovingly submit to Him. The Spirit of God loves to glorify God the Father and the Son, so humbly submits to Them. Since God is spirit, They are One God of divine spirit and essence, so God has one divine nature.
- We believe God the Father decided to Create to glorify Himself, His mercy and justice, foreknowing that all human beings and non-elect angels would rebel against so deserve eternal separation from God in hell.
- We believe God the Father decided to Create to glorify Himself foreknowing that all human beings and non-elect angels would rebel against so deserve eternal separation from God in hell.
- We believe God the Father created a new covenant salvation plan with new covenant promises based on His oath to Himself, and provisioned the new covenant salvation with two Persons, His Son and His Spirit, co-equally, to perform all the gracious works necessary to ultimately separate all evil creatures from heaven and return all glory and power into Himself.
- We believe the Son of God is One Person Who added a distinct nature to Himself, a truly human nature. The Son’s divine nature is distinct from, did not co-mingle with, and was unchanged by adding the Son’s human nature. The Son Jesus Christ's human nature is distinct, did not co-mingle with, and unchanged by His divine nature. We believe that Jesus of Nazareth, truly human, was the first Advocate sent by God the Father to establish the new covenant salvation by the shedding of his blood divine to justify God the Father and the Son to send the Holy Spirit to save chosen sinners in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- We believe that during his earthly days, although He was the Son of God, Jesus of Nazareth did not consider himself equal with God (although He was), and chose to not use any of his Sonship divine attributes (although he could), instead he submitted to being made truly human in every way like his human new covenant brothers and sisters.
-
We believe Jesus of Nazareth was the first new covenant human being and lived trusting in God the Father and His new covenant promises to establish the new covenant hopeful path by the shedding of his blood on his cross, so that his brothers and sisters could follow him back to God their Father.
